corporation organized in the early 90’s by a group of young
real estate professionals to provide excellent service to the fast
growing real estate market. It is in the business of selling, leasing

widely affiliated Company with an extensive client base. Its list

local & multi-national corporations, such as John Laing International
Limited-DMCI, USAID, JUSMAG, DAI Consultancy, AGILE, and other private
organizations and individuals belonging to average and prominent

real estate and development companies. It has been an active member
of the Real
Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines-Makati Chapter (REBAP-Makati),
REBAP-National and Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association,
Inc. (CREBA). It has business links with major developers like Ayala
Land, Inc., Megaworld Corporation, Quadrillion Group of Companies,
Macaria Properties, Inc., Cityland Development Corporation, Multi-
Realty & Dev. Corp., Fil-Estate, ANTEL Group of Companies, and
formerly, ASB Group of Companies. Thus, enabling the Company to offer
a wide range of properties, from residential condominiums and townhouses,
to commercial condominiums and office spaces, residential houses,
warehouses and even agricultural and industrial lands and other related
real estate.
